Why I Retreat

 

Last year I was given a gift, the gift of retreat. I went to the Oregon Coast hopeless and lost, and came home whole and on a healing path. It was such a blessing, I returned to the same retreat this year (I know, I was and am a little obsessed with the whole retreat thing now).
