{Simple Scrapper} Lego Time

Hello! Happy, happy Thursday. If you've been following me for awhile then you know I'm be scrapbooking a little less these days. I'm still doing a ton of memory keeping, but I'm not pumping out traditional layouts like I used to. That's okay. There's a season for everything. But, I'm still creating a few layouts each month, thanks to the templates and prompts over at Simple Scrapper. Here's my newest layout, created with one of the premium templates from the February 2015 Collection. I modified the template a bit and swapped out the background paper for a large photo. I love the perspective of this photo and wanted it to be the focus of the page. Plus, how cute it my Lego-loving boy?

There are a lot of toys in our house, but the all time favorite toy would have to be Legos. We have oodles and oodles  of these tiny little bricks in just about every color you could imagine. Cooper can sit for hours putting the Legos together, creating spaceships, towers and all sorts of crazy concoctions. I love watching the wheels of your mind turn as you play with your Legos.
