Project Life: Hello 2013
I’m really excited to start a second round of Project Life. I learned a lot about the process in 2012 and plan on being more efficient my second time around. Project Life and the pages I produced in 2012 are by far my favorite memory keeping project. They are just so real, honest and true … kind of like life!
I’m looking forward to another year of celebrating the everyday. And I look forward to hopefully staying on track and not falling hopelessly behind (I still have a few weeks in 2012 to finish up, but for now I’m moving on and I’ll come back to them when I have time).
I finished my opening page, using mostly “stuff” I’ve created (some journaling cards and patterned paper), as well as a few goodies from random kits. Like always, I stuck with a few of my favorite fonts (Indy Pimp and Faustina); there’s lots of washi tape and speech/thought bubbles; and I tried to anchor some of the pockets down with stitching.
Without further ado … here’s my opening page for 2013.

Are you doing Project Life in 2013? Is this your first time? How have you prepared? If you’re a veteran, any advice? This week I linked up with The Mom Creative, a site filled with great Project Life inspiration.
Note: All the photos on my cover page were taken by Natalie Atkinson Photography. You can find her here. If you’re in Southern Arizona, I highly recommend her. She’s GREAT and works so well with kids.
