Project Life: Chugging along
Happy, happy Thursday to you.
First of all, thank you for all the kind words and support after last week’s Project Life post. I was in a serious “poor me” mood. I feel a lot better now and as the title would suggest, I’m chugging along. I’ve finished two more week (my weeks 37 and 38), which means if I get two more done next week, I’ll be basically caught up (minus the few week in July that are still blank). Feels good to be back in the saddle.
For both weeks I decided to use the same kit, Echo Park’s Everyday Eclectic. I wanted to streamline the process and this adorable kit is both huge and perfect for Project Life. I’m thinking I' might just keep using it for a few more weeks, while I’m playing catch up.
Here’s a look at my week 37, August 12-18th … this week Shelby went back to school and I had a business trip to Palm Springs.
And here’s a look at my week 38. I didn’t take as many pictures this week, since I was home and Coop was home sick most of the week. We just didn’t do much. I had to be creative to fill the space.
Don’t you love how different the two weeks look even though I used the same kit? They obviously share a similar style, but the kit is HUGE and I really was able to give each week it’s own, distinct feel.
Well. Time to get to work on weeks 39 and 40! Hopefully I can bang them out quick and then go back to July. I have a long layover in ATL next week that’s got Project Life written all over it!
