Free Printable: Be funny

Hello there, good Monday to you. We have a busy week ahead of us and I ‘m doing everything I can to get a handle on things so I don’t stress out and melt down. Let’s hope my preplanning (read: uptight, anal tendencies) works.

This weekend we gave into our urge for live TV and ordered DirectTV. Mostly, I wanted to watch the Olympics; and Mike was starting to fret he wouldn’t be able to catch a single football game in the months to come. We ordered our DirectTV on Saturday and they had it installed and running that afternoon.

We’re going to keep the same TV rules we implemented when we cut our cable: no TV on school nights and the kids have to earn their TV time. But for the rest of the Olympics it will be a bit of a free for all!

This week’s printable is a companion to last week’s printable. They would look so cute together, side-by-side, in a little boys room (if I do say so myself). I just Googled 10x10 picture frames and there is a wealth of inexpensive frames out there that would work perfectly with this print (and last week’s as well).

This is part of the “In Cooper’s Words” series. Throughout each day Cooper will yell, “Be funny.” That’s our cue to laugh really loud and do something silly. Most of the time, I’m not in the mood to be funny. But I force myself to laugh and make a silly face. And when I do, I start laughing for real. It’s quite cathartic. It’s magical moments like this that I never want to forget. I hope Coop keeps demanding we “be funny” for a very long time.
