Project Life: My Week 26 and 27
Hello there! Happy Thursday. I’m excited to share my most recent Project Life pages with you. I’m officially caught up! And man oh man it feels good! Now, I just need to catch up with everything else in my life! That might be mission impossible for me! I’m determined to stay caught up … but we’ll see if that really happens.
For Week 26 (May 27 to June 2, 2012) I used a new kit Happy Days, which will be released by a designer debuting at Jessica Sprague on Monday, June 18. This kit is totally me: it’s bright and happy. I love it. I can see using it all the time.
These pages feature a lot of Shelby. Some weeks things just aren’t balanced. Since Shelby went to work with me this particular week, it’s not surprising that I have pictures and more content related to her for these pages. I try not to worry about it. Next week or the week after I might have more stuff on Coop. In the end, it will all balance out.

For Week 27, I used a bunch of fun products that I found over at Two Peas in a Bucket. They do something called Pea Soup. Each month, all the designers at Two Peas create various coordinating kits and you can buy as much or as little as you like. For June there are multiple paper packs, embellishments, journaling cards and even washi tape.
I’ve really been enjoying the process of creating my pages from week to week. Reflecting on life’s little moments has made me more grateful. The process has been insightful and therapeutic. I also love that I’ve been digging deep into my stash from week to week. Originally, I though all the my pages, week to week, had to look the same and have the same page colors. This was BORING for me. Now that I’ve thrown that rule out, I’m loving the diverse and fun pages I’m producing, I’m a huge fan of variety and I think my pages reflect that.

How’s project life going for you? Are you keeping up? Is it harder to stay on track now that summer is here? Any tricks you could share? This week I linked up with The Mom Creative, a site filled with great Project Life inspiration.
