Summer Getaway

There's a new kit available from Baers Garten .... and I was able to play with it a few weeks ago. I love how happy and sunny it is. Check out what I created for my creative team assignment:

The photos are from a trip to the park/splash pad the very first day of summer vacation.It was a total battle to get both kids to look at the camera at the same time and smile. So, I have two pictures and at least one happy kid in each photo!

Now, it's time to get off my computer and enjoy summer. Shelby is taking a field trip behind the scenes at the zoo today (with her summer camp) and I am trying to get caught up around the house so was can hit the park later on. I head out to an awesome, awesome retreat tomorrow ... so time to get packed!

I do have to mention some exciting news. I'm now a member of The Daily Digi creative team!! I've already had a chance to create lots of fun layouts, but since they are for the July Digi Files, I have to hold off showing them to you. But just let me tell you ... AWESOME. I am so excited to be on this team and love, love The Daily Digi. Amazing products at an unbeatable price.
