Scrapping away the blues

Last night I got off work relatively early (midnight) and then back to my hotel by 12:30 a..m. Since it was still National Scrapbooking Day in my "home" time zone, I decided to scrap away my blues and participate in some online challenges over at Big Picture Class. For the first layout (below), I took my whiny blog from yesterday, along with my self portrait for the week, and created a layout: Scrapbooking is my Therapy.

For this next layout, the challenge was to use this sketch from Lisa Day:

And this is what I came up with. As you can see, it was another layout where I sort of just purged all of my crankiness and let it go through scrapbooking.

This last layout is my LOAD 8 layout, but was also inspired by a Big Picture Classes challenge. The challenge was to add some "doodles" to your page. I think that might be an easier challenge if you're a paper scrapper, but luckily I had some digi supplies that were of the doodling style.

So there you go ... this is how I make myself feel better ... I  scrap it out!
