All Souls Procession 2010

If you live in Tucson, then  you know what the All Souls Procession is --it's a VERY Tucson sort of event where people dress up and parade though downtown to honor those whom they have lost. 

We've been to the event every year since we moved to town and Shelby loves it. In her words, "It's magical." This year we did something a little different ... Mike and Shelby painted their faces to fit in with the other parade participants. Cooper and I stayed home this year (so sad) because Coop was/is fighting an double ear infection.

Shelby came home from the event pooped ... but it was a happy exhaustion! She loved every minute of it (there was also a trip to Dairy Queen from some ice cream goodness ... so that helped seal the deal).
