Rodeo Days

The Rodeo in Tucson is a big deal. I mean BIG. They actually give the kids two days off for the rodeo. Where, if anywhere else, do they do this? Shelby of course thinks all the hoopla is great. Yesterday they were told to dress up in their best cowboy/cowgirl gear.

Of course Shelby was all over that and looked adorable. I tried to suggest a bandanna ... but she said those are for cowboys, not cowgirls. I said she should call her Papa and Mama Shelley for cowpoke advice, but she was pretty certain what she should wear!
