Coop was 8 months old last Friday (Dec. 4) and he has changed so much in the last few weeks. For starters, he's sitting up all on his own. He can sit for hours, as long as he's entertained!
He cut two new teeth, so he has a total of 4 teeth ... two on the bottom and two on top. He's already working on another tooth on top, so I think by Christmas he should have five teeth! That's five more teeth than Shelby had at this age.
Coop is on the verge of crawling. He does the cutest little push ups and gets up on his knees like he's ready to go. He pushes himself backwards and gets himself stuck in all sorts of odd places. You can't walk away from him too long or he could get into serious trouble!
Coop went on his first trip all on his own ... actually, I dropped him off at his Auntie Amy's house and he stayed there a whole week on his own while Mama had to work. Auntie Amy spoiled him rotten and his cousins loved him up. He had a wonderful time! I thought I was going to have to wrestle Amy to get him back!
Coop is such a joy. I couldn't imagine my life without him. His smiles. His giggles. His funny faces and sounds. I love that little guy. Here are some fun pictures for your viewing pleasure!

Coop loves to hang out in the kitchen when I'm getting dinner ready. I put him in his highchair, he plays and babbles away.
