Pampered

Not to brag or anything, but I had the BEST day today. I went to the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa at La Paloma for a spa day. Mike and his parents got my a gift certificate to the spa for my birthday and I finally got to use it. And boy was it great. I got a massage, which I needed. All this traveling I do leaves me in knots, so it was extra good to relax and have someone knead the knots out of me.

I also had a much needed facial, which was my favorite part of the day. I had the Red Door Signature Facial with PREVAGE (am anti-aging treatment from the makers of Botox). The facial was as relaxing as the massage (I actually fell asleep) and it left my skin glowing. If that wasn't enough, I also had lunch there and a manicure and pedicure.

I left feeling so relaxed and re-energized! When I got home, Mike and Shelby showed me all their hard work, as they spent the morning hanging Christmas lights throughout our house. Shelby told me it looks like a "winter wonderland and it's so fancy."
