Hello there. I can't believe it's already Wednesday. This week, this month ... is justflying by. I have a new layout to share today and I did something CRAZY: instead of a 12x12 layout, I did an 8.5x11 one instead. How wild is that? I know ... It's totally nuts, right? Shaking things up a bit made the process more exciting and interesting to me. I need to try different formats or techniques more often. This might help with the burnout I've been feeling.

Anyway. Here's my layout, which I created for Simple Scrapper and was inspired by a February 2015 Story Starter. When I read the prompt, I immediately knew I needed to scrap this photo of Cooper sleeping in our bed. Most days, he falls asleep in our bed and we move him to his own bed later. He's growing so fast and I'm not sure how much longer he's going to want to snuggle in our bed. I love this age and will be sad to see it go.

Without a doubt, bedtime is my favorite part of the day. The kiddos climb into our bed, Mike reads them a story and we have a fabulous snuggle fest. Cooper usually falls asleep nestled against my chest. It’s the one time of the day that we all slow down and sink into each other. I’m already mourning the day when we don’t share these bedtime moments.
