Project Life: (My) Week 17
Woo hoo! Can I get three cheers for me? I was a week behind on my Project Life layouts and this week, I managed to get caught up! How did I do it? I kept it simple. My Week 16 (March 25-31) had no inserts. And I didn’t stress too much about getting absolutely every photo or story covered. I did what I could and I added what was freshest in my mind. I also checked over Momento to get a good overview of what the week was like and just went from there.
Some of the things I’ve noticed about my recent pages is that I’m totally into digital Washi tape, which is no surprise since I collect rolls of Washi tape in real life! Just a little tape can add some much to a page. Love it. I’ve also started to use a lot of non-Project Life supplies. There are tons of great digi kits out there that work so well for Project Life. I’ve been keeping my eyes peeled for new goodies and each week I treat myself with something new (I’m collecting a lot of digital supplies, I’m gonna have to slow down some time soon!).
I found some cute and free journaling cards at the Persnickety Prints’ blog. The bike card in the layout above was part of this set. You can download them here.
I also finished my Week 18 (April 1-7), but I have to save those layouts to share for later as I used a kit from the May 2012 Digi Game. Not to tease you, but man oh man … the May 2012 Digi Game is AWESOME. Go on over to The Daily Digi, you need to check it out. It’s the best deal in digital. It really is. I’ll come back next week with Week 19 … after I’m done living it of course!

This week I linked up with The Mom Creative and One Happy Mama. Both are filled with great Project Life inspiration.
