One of the things I want to DO in 2012 is explore different art mediums. I feel most comfortable at my computer, so it's no surprise I started my art exploration with creating digital art. I've love all the subway-style art that's been popping up online and thought I'd try my hand at it. In fact, I'm going to create one new piece a week.

I'm also taking a free, online art j ournaling class. You should check it out. Totally awesome and FREE. Though I'm most comfortable doing things digitally, I totally love playing with paints. By no means does it come naturally to me, but it's so invigorating, inspiring and brings me great joy. DOing more art makes me happy ... even if I'm not Monet or Picasso.
