The lights and the music: my two favorite parts of the holidays. We have white lights strung all over our house and we turn them on as soon as we wake up and leave them on until we go to bed. I love how the warm light fills up our home. Love, love the lights.

I've been admiring the bokeh shots  that are all over the Internet. But I'm just not that good with my camera. I still have so much to learn. But, I read a tutorial here that was super easy and super clear ... and and I was able to get my very on Christmas-tree bokeh. 

How cool is that? I love it and I love this season of lights. Anyone know of any other cool and easy photo tips you want to share? I'm totally up for trying anything, especially since I had some success with my Christmas-tree bokeh.
