I'm grateful for the tasty goodness that's Indian Fry Bread. I could eat it all day, every day. I don't. But I could. Today I took a little trip to Cave Creek, AZ with one of my co-workers. She lives in Atlanta, so she wanted to see "real" Arizona landscape. We saw the desert at its finest and found a hole-in-the-wall selling Indian Fry Bread. Score (in so many ways)! I love Arizona.

I'm also grateful that even though I fell off the diet train today (see photo above), I can start fresh tomorrow, run a little more and feel okay about the choices I've made.
