Can you feel the love?
I was so worried that Shelby would be jealous of Cooper when he arrived and that the transition would be super painful.However, the exact opposite has happened. Shelby adores her brother. She can't get enough of him. She helps get him dressed each day, picks out his clothes, brushes his hair, begs to hold him ... she really loves him. Each night when she gets home from school, the first thing she says when she walks through the door is, "Where is Cooper." And then she asks, "Can I hold the baby," as she makes a beeline for Coop. She used to want to chat with me and hug me, but now it's all about her brother. I couldn't be happier and prouder.
They are going to have a wonderful life together.
And how could you not love this little guy?
