Help me!

I have started trying to cut all caffeine out of my diet ... and let me tell you, I feel like trash. I have only been doing this for two days and I am already ready to give up. All I can think about is sneaking a can of Coke Zero. And while my head is about to explode, I want to CRY.

Does anyone have any suggestions? What can I do? Ughhhh!
