We love the D'Backs
Today, we made it to our first game of the season up at Chase Field in Phoenix to see the Diamondbacks beat the Mets! Shelby was all fired up to get all her favorite ballpark treats, like cotton candy, hot dogs and peanuts. She was also excited to get some play time in at the Sandbox, the children's play area at Chase Field.
The slides in the Sandbox are the fastest slides I've ever seen. Kids come shooting out of the tubes like they are jet propelled. And here's a shot (above) of Shelby as she comes flying out of the slide onto home plate! Oh and after the game we stopped by Ikea! I love Ikea. What a heavenly day we had!
