After much anticipation at the Kalil house, baseball season has started. Well, spring training has. And today is opening day at Tucson Electric Park, which happens to be the Diamondbacks' spring training home and only about 3 miles from our house. Mike and his best friend Arnold (who's in town from Las Vegas for a little visit) are there right now -- watching the season opener; enjoying a lot of sunshine; and soaking up some great baseball. They're playing the Colorado Rockies, who also train in Tucson, so it should be a pretty good game.

We have tickets for another game this weekend (Saturday), which Shelby and I will go to as well. And then we have a few more set of tickets throughout the spring training schedule. It's nice to live so close to all the action.
